The Meals

The Practice

Katie will lead you through daily yoga & meditation practices. Awaken each morning with a guided meditation to start the day off with intention before flowing through an energizing vinyasa class. Unwind each evening with a yin or restorative yoga practice.

During the weekend, you will have the opportunity to relax with sound healing, and can sign up for an optional 1-1 Reiki session with Katie.

Registration & Fine Print

To register, complete the registration form and submit your $500 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance is due by January 1st, 2025. Pay-in-full and payment options are available - indicate on your form which you prefer.

Roommate Assignments

If you are traveling with a partner/friend, please indicate on your form that you would like to room together. If travelling solo and selecting double occupancy, you will be matched with a roommate.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable.

Payments beyond the $500 deposit are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled by another person. Refunds are not guaranteed.
