Hey! I'm Katie, a former actress & recovering people-pleaser who's now a yoga teacher & mindset junkie. My journey into the world of yoga began unexpectedly back in 2009 when I enrolled in a one-credit college yoga course. Little did I know, it would completely change the trajectory of my life.

 

Throughout my twenties, I found myself grappling with depression and anxiety. It was a tough time, but yoga became my saving grace. Through the powerful breathwork and mindfulness practices I discovered on the mat, I found the strength I needed to navigate through my darkest days. It wasn't an overnight fix, but gradually, I began to feel like myself again—a happier, more grounded version of me.

Fast forward to today, and I've spent over nine years immersed in teaching yoga and meditation. With certifications as an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP, I've had the privilege of guiding numerous students through their own paths of self-discovery. Additionally, I'm a certified Life Coach and Reiki Practitioner, roles that allow me to support individuals in navigating life's twists and turns with grace and resilience.

There's nothing that brings me more joy than witnessing others awaken to their own inner light and potential. Whether it's through a sweaty vinyasa flow, a heart-to-heart coaching session, or a soothing Reiki session, my mission is simple: to walk alongside you as you journey back home to yourself.
