Hey, I’m Katie!

Former actress turned yoga teacher & nervous system coach...basically your go-to-girl for all things stress relief, self-regulation, and feeling good in your body again.

My journey into wellness started unexpectedly in a one-credit college yoga class back in 2009 (shoutout to my younger self for that accidental life-changing decision). At the time, I was deep in anxiety and depression, stuck in the cycle of overthinking and people-pleasing. Yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation gave me something I didn’t even know I needed—a way to feel at home in my body again.

Fast forward to today: I’ve spent over nine years teaching yoga and meditation, earned my E-RYT 500 and YACEP certifications, trained dozens of new yoga teachers, became a Reiki practitioner, and trained as a life coach. But at the heart of it all? I help people rewire stress, regulate their nervous systems, and actually enjoy their lives.
